What You'll Do
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities for the mobility business in Latam.
- Assess market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to anticipate future demand and develop innovative solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities; develop actionable recommendations based on insights gathered and effectively communicate these insights to senior stakeholders.
- Evaluate the economic and strategic costs/benefits of programs and work with management to execute those strategies
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and other XFN teams to guide resource allocation and prioritization decisions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting the mobility sector in Latam.
- Develop materials that support and inform key Mobility forums, both internal & external (e.g. SteerCOs, Business reviews, ELT summits, etc).
What You'll Need
- 8+ years of strategy consulting, strategic planning, or related experience. We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply, if you think your background brings something to the table, we want to hear from you!
- Highly developed business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly identify the highest value priorities and develop a strategy to pursue them
- Self-starter mentality, with a proactive approach to independently driving projects forward
Analytical Expertise: Strong quantitative skills using Excel/Google Sheets
Communication: Portuguese or Spanish and English professional proficiency. Proven experience interpreting and presenting data to senior audiences to efficiently influence partners and generate consensus. Ensure the right messages, presentations, and forums to bring together and cascade strategy and plans. This will include monthly business reviews, board presentations, and strategy documents. Explains big-picture context for projects, giving the “why” behind the work
- Teamwork : The nature of the team implies constant collaboration and relationship-building with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing, Public Affairs, Legal, Tax, HR, etc.) in Latam to ensure we are bringing all available tools to bear on our toughest problems. - Adaptability: Handle and prioritize sophisticated operations that require the support of peers and other teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards
- Planning & Organization: Ability to effectively lead and implement highly visible, high risk, broad-scale initiatives and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate PoCs
