Senior Platform Engineer (Audio Visual Delivery)

Audio Visual Project Portfolio Deliveryrole works with the line of business customers and Facilities partners to elicit business requirements and translate them into system requirements for our suppliers and technical teams. This person will support new and existing construction projects requiring AV functionality through all phases of delivery and commissioning. This role requires in depth knowledge of industry leading AV technologies and capabilities, familiarity with Agile project practices, and great customer and communication skills.

General Responsibilities:

• Speak with an end user in directing them toward capabilities that will fit their needs, while able to discuss in a technical manner with systems engineers, designers, and space architects regarding how to design and implement technologies to meet those capabilities

• Deliver regular status updates up to executive level stakeholders

• Manage 3rd party vendors

• Manage multiple projects across dispersed geographic locations in various project phases

• Meet project deadlines while managing through scope changes and construction constraints

• Review and approve AV designs, SOWs and BOMs to ensure they are accurate and fulfill the requirements, while also adhering to standards and governance

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

• At least 4 years of experience in Application Technical Support

• At least 4 years of experience in Network Support

• At least 4 years of experience in A/V support

• At least 4 years of experience with vendor management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

• 5+ Years of experience in Network Support

• 5+ years experience implementing A/V technology solutions

• 2+ years of experience in Field Computer Technician

• 2+ years of experience in Unified Communications Support

McLean, VA: $127,500 - $145,500 for Senior Platform Engineer Plano, TX: $115,900 - $132,200 for Senior Platform Engineer Richmond, VA: $115,900 - $132,200 for Senior Platform EngineerThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
