Consolidate and validate yearly Workplans and budget of all COO’s divisions (Operational and technical teams).
Understand, communicate and be the internal auditor of cross company processes and activities- compliance with financial instructions and enabling budget owner tools for budget monitoring.
Creating strategies to optimize our organization's processes from workplans and budget perspective.
Collaborating closely with budget owners and cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
Generating Plan vs. Actual reports to track performance against execution targets.
Preparing forecasts and management status reports to provide insights into financial and operational performance.
Managing one budget administrator.
Other assignments related to team's activities.
All you need is:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
At least 5 years of experience in financial/procurement/ budget management.
