What you`ll do

As a Development Manager you will be responsible to implement, design and operate SAP-internaltools and services that make audit and compliance processes more efficient. Yourteam will focus on automating security processes for the collection and presentation of compliance information for external audits and legal regulations. In this you will closely work together with BTP Global Compliance Management and the Security Risk Management teams for defining the scope and laying out a roadmap

What you bring

• A good university degree (bachelor, diploma, master, PhD) in cyber security, computer science, or related fields. Similar qualifications are welcome as well.
• 10+ years relevant working experience with agile development teams with some experience in software architecture, e.g. modelling, designing and implementing software
• Technical understanding of cloud-based development
• Ability to build a team, develop its individuals and manage their performance
• Foster and open and collaborative working environment
• Fluent language skills in English - verbal and written
• Knowledge of or interest in cybersecurity and compliance topics are a plus but not a prerequisite
