What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading regional HR operational practices and processes, ranging from onboarding and offboarding, internal transfers, leaves of absence.
  • Reviewing and improving HR processes, fostering innovation and promoting scalability. Tailoring global practices and policies to localized needs, and prioritizing activities to maintain a strong foundation to sustain high growth.
  • Proactively analyzing trends and metrics and identifying needed improvements and enhancements to existing processes.
  • Motivating, mentoring, and coaching a team of driven HR professionals with a focus on career development and growth.
  • Streamlining internal processes by bringing consistency, standardization, automation and scalability.
  • Leading the team’s execution in ServiceNow against critical metrics to ensure a seamless employee experience when handling employee questions and providing HR support.
  • Managing regional and global operational process improvements projects which are critical to supporting HR’s focus on delivering a frictionless employee experience.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with teams like Benefits, Employee Success, Workplace to review existing policies and processes for time off, leave of absence including sick leave, as well as occupational health.

  • A proficiency in optimizing processes and programs with a keen understanding of the balance between structure and flexibility.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a consistent track record of collaborating with various internal partners.
  • Strong project and stakeholder leadership skills.
  • 5+ years of international experience in HR Operations with a direct focus on compliance, process mapping, and localizing practices.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a diverse team, providing clear direction, setting work priorities, and offering mentorship with an emphasis on team development.
  • Experience working in an international organization with a strong presence in EMEA, familiar with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, project manage and perform in ambiguous environments. Strong analytical abilities to solve complex problems with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization, influence behavior, and manage change.
  • High degree of integrity and honesty; ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations.
  • You know that sometimes laughter is indeed the best solution - a sense of humor, ability to roll with the punches and adapt quickly to a changing environment is a big plus!
  • Excellent English is required, proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Previous experience using Workday preferred.
