We are seeking a, you will drive the development of cutting-edge AI-powered medical software, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Your Role:
Leadership & Talent Development: Attract, retain, and develop top talent, fostering a high-performing software team.
Software Delivery & Execution: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality software, ensuring adherence to Agile/SAFe methodologies.
Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Ensure all software meets medical regulatory standards (FDA, MDR, ISO 13485) with thorough documentation for submissions, audits, and reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global software R&D teams and key functions, including marketing, PMO, quality, regulatory, and service.
Strategic & Resource Planning: Contribute to budget and resource planning, influencing software and product roadmaps.
Workplace Culture & Innovation: Foster an engaged, innovative, and inspiring work environment. Encourage AI/ML advancements in medical imaging software.
Operational Excellence: Ensure proper staffing, recruitment, performance appraisals, and training to maintain a strong and motivated team.
Product Development & Launch: Lead teams through successful product launches, ensuring efficiency and innovation.
You’re the Right Fit If You Have:
At least 6 years of leadership experience in technical management within the medical device industry.
A minimum of 13 years in software engineering , with expertise in clinical applications, software integration, and interoperability.
Proven experience in successfully bringing software-intensive medical device products to market , with a history of multiple successful product launches.
Proven experience building and leading high-performance software R&D teams in a regulated environment.
Proven experience in driving agile software development , preferably using SAFe .
A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field .
Familiarity with medical device regulations (IEC 62304, FDA, MDR, ISO 13485).
A commitment to delivering safe, effective, and ethical AI-driven healthcare solutions .
