• Own and manage Fireblocks production Blockchain RPC Nodes infrastructure on AWS.
• Design, implement, and build sustainable, scalable, and secure solutions to improve infrastructure availability and performance.
• Establish strong partnerships with blockchain foundations, vendors, and customers to address challenges, implement solutions, and ensure reliable system operations.
• Dive deep into blockchain protocols to identify optimization opportunities, resolve issues, and enhance infrastructure and monitoring.
• Analyze and identify root causes for incidents, implement preventative measures, and collaborate with multiple teams to orchestrate solutions during outages.
• Drive operational excellence by enabling seamless integration of new blockchains that directly contribute to Fireblocks' ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) growth.
• Stay immersed in the blockchain ecosystem, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and advancing expertise in this rapidly evolving field.

• At least 4+ years of experience as SRE, DevOps, and Infra Backend in a SaaS environment
• At least 4+ years of experience with Coding languages - Python/JavaScript/Bash, or similar
• At least 3+ years of experience with Alerting & Monitoring systems such as DataDog Coralogix / Splunk / New Relic / Prometheus
• At least 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab, Github Actions, CircleCI or similar
• Experience working with Linux systems from kernel to shell and beyond
• Cloud systems such as AWS / Google Cloud / Azure
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Configuration management such as Ansible/Chef/Puppet/ArgoCD
• High Analytical & Troubleshooting skills - ability to solve complex problems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• You are curious, self-motivated, easy to work with, responsible and production aware.

• Previous experience in the blockchain ecosystem - big advantage
