This role involves driving systematic enhancements in partner capabilities to increase customer satisfaction, defining & implementing service delivery processes & tools and if required an active participation in partner recruitment and onboarding. This role supports the Partner Account Manager and other relevant partner-related functions in creating and driving the Partner business plan. It ensures a robust, compliant service delivery performance by the partner ensuring Order Intake, Revenue and Margin targets are realized.
Your role:

• Drive structured improvement of Partner capabilities ensuring a better customer experience

• Define, implement and train Partners on Service delivery processes and tools

• Monitor and improve process performance with focus on regulatory and end-customer satisfaction

• Participate to the recruitment and onboarding process by evaluating the Partner Service capabilities against minimum requirements/ standards

• Be the voice of Partner with Philips stakeholders, act as subject matter expert on projects with respect to the partner services related topics, in alignment with Parter Account Manager

• Support the Partner Account Manager in the creation and execution of business plan with Partners

• Enable and ensure realization of CS OIT, Revenues and Margin targets via an overall strong Service delivery performance

• Coordinate FCO deployment and monitor the implementation in alignment with the Partner Operations Manager.

You're the right fit if:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and demonstrate a strong understanding of partner management, process management, and business acumen

• Fluent level of English
