Individual will support the intelligent Payables Solution Product Management organization at Bank of America. They will be dedicated to B2B Training and Commercialization for our Comprehensive Payables and Complete AP Solutions. This encompasses being a Product Management expert on all Bank of America B2B Solutions in order to conduct training in person/virtually to internal and external audiences, conduct webinars, update client facing sales and product materials, manage RFP database, lead Quarterly Business Reviews and provide capability updates to senior management
Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified
- 6+ years in product management or financial services industry
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills
- Individual should have proven track record of product development, launch and commercialization.
Desired skills:
- Experience in Commercial Card industry or Global Payments Solutions is a plus.
- Self starter with desire to succeed, elevating themselves and others they work with to deliver exceptional results
- Degreed preferred or equivalent work experience
Confident and Agile: Seeking strong communicators who value giving and receiving feedback, easily build relationships, and who are quick thinking, flexible, and always learning and sharing knowledge
