Bachelor's or master's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer InteractionDesign, or related field and/or a portfolio demonstrating your strong craft, process,and rigor
Experience leading and managing a design teams
Deep understanding of user interface, interaction, and visual design; demonstratedability to deliver high quality design output
Oversees large-scale design explorations that balance user needs, business outcomes and technical constraints.
Able to craft a learning and experimentation plan and leverage learnings to optimize and create bold new experiences
Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
Develops a visionary ideal state based on data that seize the biggest opportunities for end-to-end improvements.
Strong business acumen and experience in managing multiple stakeholders andsenior leadership expectations
Proven success working on concept, interface and experiences for innovativelarge-scale projects, actively collaborating within a cross-functional team
Experience designing for and working with design systems and reusable component libraries
Experience designing for accessibility and knowledgeable in usability
Knowledgeable of design trends in mobile, web, and AI, motion design
A background in global and/or fintech design is preferred but not required
