Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer InteractionDesign, or related field and/or a portfolio demonstrating your strong craft, process,and rigor
• Experience leading and managing a design teams
• Deep understanding of user interface, interaction, and visual design; demonstratedability to deliver high quality design output
• Oversees large-scale design explorations that balance user needs, business outcomes and technical constraints.
• Able to craft a learning and experimentation plan and leverage learnings to optimize and create bold new experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Develops a visionary ideal state based on data that seize the biggest opportunities for end-to-end improvements.
• Strong business acumen and experience in managing multiple stakeholders andsenior leadership expectations
• Proven success working on concept, interface and experiences for innovativelarge-scale projects, actively collaborating within a cross-functional team
• Experience designing for and working with design systems and reusable component libraries
• Experience designing for accessibility and knowledgeable in usability
• Knowledgeable of design trends in mobile, web, and AI, motion design
• A background in global and/or fintech design is preferred but not required
• Crafts and owns the key stories, mission, and vision of the team and guides andunblocks the team to become better storytellers.
