8 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Experience working as a subject matter expert in extended workforce, contract/vendor management, cost management, operating model design, and associated practices across the extended workforce/contingent labor landscape.

Experience with projects that have an impact on business operations across international markets.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
