Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overall partner program and channel strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the Americas region.
- Partner with sales and business leadership to advance a consultative partner strategy for Honeywell Life Sciences’ portfolio of assets and solutions.
- Define geographic and market segmentation strategies to help define VAR and non-VAR approach to medical device and pharmaceutical customers and prospects in the United States, Latin America and Canada.
- Establish criteria for partner selection, including VAR and non-VAR partners who align with Honeywell Life Sciences’ business goals and values
- Develop a comprehensive onboarding process to help partners understand HLS product and sales process and provide ongoing training and certification programs to keep partners updated on new features and best practices.
- Create incentive programs, including commissions, bonuses, and performance-based rewards.
- Implement a system for tracking partner performance and sales metrics and regularly review and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and recognize top-performing partners.
- Coordinate with partners throughout the sales cycle and manage and track customer and prospect information in the CRM system.
- Travel up to 25%
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $110,000-$140,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $120,000-$150,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE- 7+ years of experience in channel, sales or team management, with a focus on the Americas region.
WE VALUE- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in Spanish
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, resellers, system integrators and value-added resellers (VARs).
- Collaboration with internal teams, including leadership, sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure channel partner needs are met.
- A background of leading and mentoring additional channel managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Ability to set and communicate team/individual objectives and key performance indicators to motivate individuals to achieve high performance
- Ability to regularly communicate relevant company information and progress against business pla
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
