Position Overview
Design, develop, and launch, dashboards, and reporting systems to track key performance metrics across all Wealth LOBs and products
Partner with stakeholders to identify data needs, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making.
Develop and implement enablement programs that enhance operational efficiency and improve client service delivery, within an access-controlled and risk-approved visibility framework
Lead initiatives to expand tool adoption across the Wealth franchise, including trainings, office hours, use cases, etc.
Technology and Innovation
Partner closely with Technology within an Agile framework
Evaluate and implement appropriate tools that can scale with increased usage and content
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence
At least 8 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics, preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry.
Proven history of success in leading and scaling BI functions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Expertise in BI and CRM tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Domo , Salesforce, Dataiku) and data management systems.
Experience building and launching BI platform on JavaScript Framework like React, Angular, D3 etc,
Skills
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Highly skilled in storytelling and stakeholder management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in data management tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript Framework, Power BI, Domo, Snowflake, Hadoop, Tableau, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
