Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Arabic/Hindi preferred.
  • Technology related sales or business development experience, exceeding quota by leading sales teams along complex sales cycles within a Partner ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quota by driving deals within a Partner ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated understanding of solution selling techniques and selling cloud based solutions.
  • Experienced in building strong, collaborative customer relationships with line-of-business and technical roles.
  • Can navigate a customer through sales negotiations and/or technical presentations via Digital means.
  • Solid knowledge of the business, customers, partners, Microsoft strategy and how they work together.
  • Able to qualify sales opportunities and position partners in the overall sales process.
  • Demonstrated business communication and written skills in the local language.
  • Has passionate attitude for sales and technology as an enabler for a company’s growth.
  • Business applications sales experience, business process consulting or automation, CRM, Employee Performance Management (systems and processes).
  • Lead customers through the end-to-end buying journey, which ranges from initial prospecting and discovery conversations, all the way through helping customers transact their investment in Microsoft Business Applications solutions and Copilot/AI solutions.

  • Effectively turn prospects and qualified digital leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline as well as engage with customers across industries, company sizes /types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with Microsoft's leading cloud technologies.
  • Meet operational standards and maintain reporting accuracy for key performance indicators – including pipeline development, signal conversion, deal velocity, and forecasting accuracy. Adopt program processes, procedures, and tools to provide accurate on-time reporting that maximizes attainment of strategic goals and delivers competitive business insights, trends, and analysis
Responsibilities

The SMC-C Digital Sales Specialist - Business Applications will be responsible for the following:

  • Build Pipe in alignment with Account Teams & Cross-Solution Areas- Build pipe by leading with industry, using digital signals & insights to prospect, network, align & gain account team commitment, plug into cross solution sales motions.
