Sr Talent Manager

As a Sr Talent Manager here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA), you will play a crucial role in driving talent management strategies and initiatives to support the growth and success of our business unit. You will be responsible for developing and implementing, leader development, talent processes, andengagementprograms to attract and retain top talent. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to identify talent needs, build a diverse talent pipeline, and create a high-performance culture.

You will report directly to our Sr. Director of Talent and you'll work out of our Atlanta office on a 3 work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our talent management efforts and the overall growth of our business unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement talent management strategies to retain and develop top talent and build robust succession pipelines

• Utilize data analysis to drive strategy development and build programs to enable business growth

• Develop and implement talent and leadership development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities

• Create and implement engagement strategies to ensure the long-term success of our employees

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to create a high-performance culture

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum 6 years of experience in talent management or related roles

• Strong knowledge of talent management and leadership development strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Experience in the building automation industry or a similar technical field

• Proven track record of successfully implementing talent management programs

• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
