Citi is looking for a strategic professional to drive the governance activities of the CBNA and US Entities Management team. Specifically, the individual will be responsible for leading the coordination of the CBNA ALCO, executing Regulation W responsibilities on behalf of the CBNA Treasury team, and supporting the development of procedure and other governance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the coordination of the CBNA ALCO, in coordination with the Citi ALCO team, including developing the draft agenda, collecting materials, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up requests are addressed. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all processes are documented, and necessary controls are executed

  • Leading the Regulation W efforts on behalf of the CBNA Treasury team, including coordinating a weekly meeting with firmwide Reg W stakeholders, facilitating quantitative limit requests, and executing and documenting controls

  • Leading ad-hoc project requests on behalf of the broader CBNA and US Entities Management team

  • Supporting the risk and control activities of the CBNA and US Entities Management team, including coordination of Corrective Action Plan (CAP) activities and moving forward initiatives to address any control gaps

  • Developing materials for committees, regulators, and senior management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field preferred

  • 8-10 years of experience in Finance

  • Must have advanced analytical skills but also the ability to see the big picture

  • Excellent communication skills are imperative i.e. ability to make complex subjects easily digestible for senior management

  • Exercises proven Power Point and Excel skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to interact with all levels of management Must be a team player

Education:

  • Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
