Job Title: Manager – PPP
: Head – PPP
You will be responsible for
PPP Expert will be responsible for:
Putting in place all the pieces together for winning a PPP deals and attaining leadership position in this expanding space. To develop this line of business and build team of experts
He/ She would be responsible for strategizing PPP play in the given Region for its profitability and sustainability and also finding out area of strength for Philips.
He/ She would coordinate with internal stakeholders for their participation and forging various partnerships with external partners with pre-defined roles and responsibilities as per the agreed strategy.
He/ She would also create right PPP ecosystem by advocating Govt decision makers at State and Center.
Ensuring team development on both functional and leadership axis
Team Size
Initially he/ she would be working as an individual team member however as the business grows, there could be a possibility of adding more team members based on agreed milestones
Direct/ Indirect ecosystem:
Internally work with PPP team, Sales team, all other functions for their help and role
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Work experience of 5+ Years in Healthcare Medical equipment sales in Govt or PPP dept.
BE/B-Tech in Electrical/Electronics/ MBA
Hospital Management specialist/ Public Health Specialist/ Medical Equipment Sales specialist
Full knowledge of Shop in Shop play in Radiology, Cardiology right from strategy, Design to operations.
Preferably familiarity with MRI, CT, Cath Lab, USG Technologies and its operations.
Well versed with Govt Machinery for effective advocacy on the subject
Tender management: understanding of complete tender processes
Contract management: understanding contract components and dependencies; and managing external contracts with the help of internal Philips Legal team.
Financial management: Well versed with Financing, making Business Models, forging various types of partnerships and SPVs if needed with the help of internal Philips Capital team
Commercial skills: negotiating Business Associates for selling our technology
Business Acumen: business awareness and ability to identify new opportunities
Work well with diverse team across different geography and various level of the organization
