Position Highlights

  • Performs legal and regulatory research and analysis for attorneys
  • Prepares various legal documents. Prepares subpoenas, depositions, and records
  • Prepares disposition, trial, and hearing instruments
  • Reviews Federal, State, and Local rules concerning procedure. Documents regulatory and compliance issues and files related regulatory reports
  • Collects data and prepares reports
  • Prepares correspondence to clients, counsel, and courts
  • May appear in court as an expert witness on behalf of the organization regarding our records
  • Senior position provides analysis, assistance and recommendations in defensive litigation cases

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certification from an accredited program, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to five years of experience in legal documentation activities

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to perform research and analysis
  • Thorough knowledge of legal and regulatory issues

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $24.90 - $33.17 - $36.49 Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
