Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assist in consolidation of information and in the development of decks and other material for internal senior leadership.
• Support broader Workforce Management initiatives and the Workforce Strategy Lead and provide ad hoc analysis as deemed necessary, working with multiple stakeholders including CAO’s/Business Execution Leads and Human Resources.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure we have appropriate controls, procedures and documentation across the team and that established guidelines/policies are adhered to and updated as necessary.
• Help implement and ensure adherence to organizational principles and understand/track exceptions.

• Help develop guidelines for IRM and leverage data to analyze trends and highlight shifts to management.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a desire to improve processes
• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management/ mining with extensive experience in deck creation for senior leaders
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Team player and with strong relationship management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

Qualification & Education:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools
• Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred.
