Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing an ABM strategy that aligns with Buildots’ business goals, focusing on key accounts and verticals within the construction industry.
  • Leading regional ABM pods to develop strategies that enhance customer awareness of Buildots and its performance-driven construction management methodology, increase their engagement and drive expansion opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts,
  • Collaborating with the content team to develop ABM-specific materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and videos that speak directly to the needs and pain points of target accounts.
  • Collaborating with the Marcom team to develop account-specific PR & events programmes, organising tailored events and workshops to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborating with product marketing to increase product and feature adoption with a strong focus on education and value-added content creation
  • Collaborating with the growth team to Initiate, execute and optimise targeted marketing campaigns tailored to specific accounts, ensuring messaging resonates with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Utilising CRM and marketing automation tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and glean insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ABM, B2B marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the SaaS or construction tech industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • An analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset, adept at creating personalized marketing experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
