As an AI Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for leading complex consulting engagements that leverage AI and advanced analytics to solve strategic business challenges. You will work closely with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams to design and implement impactful solutions that drive operational efficiency and market growth.

You will:

• Provide technical and consultative leadership across AI-focused engagements, ensuring alignment with customer business goals
• Analyze customer requirements and lead solution development, including implementation, customization, and integration
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Project Managers, and other Consulting team members to ensure seamless delivery
• Drive change management and documentation efforts to support successful transitions to production environments
• Guide proposal development and strategic planning for future-state architectures

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in AI/ML solution design and delivery within enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of industry-specific business challenges and technical landscapes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
• Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with Dell Technologies solutions and platforms
