What will your responsibilities be:

· Perform primary data analysis of our data.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Work with the team to improve data quality and data governance.

· Apply a mixture of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to produce business insights that improves customer experience and product offerings.

· Present findings to business owners and stakeholder.

· Translate business questions into data resolutions and stories for non-technical stakeholders.

What are we looking for in you:

· Background studies in Data Analysis, Data Science, Statistics or similar roles

· Strong knowledge of and experience in (academic experience or internship) reporting packages (such as Tableau, Qlik etc), databases (SQL), programming (such as R, Python etc)

· Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyse datasets (using Excel, SPSS, SAS, R or Python etc)

· Technical expertise such as data models, data mining and segmentation techniques are desirable

· Precise, a keen eye for detail and for numbers

· A willingness to learn & upskill constantly, curious by nature

· Strong team player with a solution focused attitude
