Required Qualifications (RQs)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
    AND 7+
    years experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    OR equivalent experience
  • 6+years experienceworking in a customer-facing role (e.g.,internaland/or external).
  • 6+years experienceleading technical projects.

Security Clearance Requirements:Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements arerequiredfor this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • minimum of anactive U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.Abilityto meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirementsarerequiredfor this role. Failure tomaintainor obtain theappropriate clearanceand/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.
  • Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements.You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.

  • certificationsinrelevant technologies or disciplines(e.g.,AzureArchitecture and Administration,Microsoft 365EndpointAdministration,Virtualization Technologies, etc.

  • Uses market insights to guide leadership in up-skilling and accreditation aligned with demand. Demonstrates and encourages technical readiness relevant to solution priorities and wider initiatives like AI and security, mentoring the team through knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Leads and forms virtual teams to address technical and customer challenges, sharing strategic input across Microsoft communities. Drives industry recognition for Microsoft solutions through presentations, events, and contributions to intellectual property, especially where new patterns emerge. Actively participates in external and internal community events, promoting the Microsoft brand and disseminating insights.
