o Providing expert functional and technical assistance, addressing maintenance, troubleshooting, and customization requests across Ariba cloud solutionso Defining detailed blueprint for development requirementso Leading resolution of escalations
o Supporting system optimization and performance
o Taking project manager responsibility as required across one or more customer engagements
Qualifications:

• At least five years professional experience thereof two years as a Ariba consultant
• Expert in at least one topic of SAP Ariba technology and good knowledge in at least one more
• Experience with SAP ERP (ECC or S4/HANA) and related technologies
• Technical planning and deployment over the full project cycle
• Has experience supporting customer production environments and resolving production tickets
• Has experience with multiple deployments
• Consulting experience on Ariba Cloud solutions
• Able to successfully handle an escalation project
