As part of our GDS MENA ERP team, you will need to perform various SF & HCM Implementation & Support activities, such as pre/post go live implementation support, enhancements requirements study and its implementation support and activities as well as other consulting activities

Your key responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support for S4HANA Projects
• Independently work on SAP Ariba module
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and provide update to management
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Good communication skills

Skills and attributes for success

• SAP Ariba professional with 3 - 5 years. Experience in S4HANA is required
• Functional experience in upstream and downstream integration
• Good knowledge of procurement processes, Commerce Automation and Ariba Network
• Worked on Catalog, Guided buying (optional) and Invoicing processes.
• Well Verse with Approval Workflows
• Having strong knowledge in Ariba downstream Modules like Catalog Management, Spend Visibility, P2P and Invoice Pro.
• Experience in implementing commerce automation and PO flow to Ariba Network. Well Verse with Approval Workflows
• Experience in Master data flow between Ariba and backend systems desirably ECC System Experience on S/4 Hana is desirable
• Experience in multiple SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to relate technical issues to a business audience.
• Competently understands customer requirements; easily troubleshoots and solves problems with minimal supervision and direction; capable of researching and making fact-based, data backed decisions.
• Honesty and Integrity are an absolute requirement.
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a good attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum of 3-4 years SAP Ariba consulting experience
• Hands-on EXP in at least 2 - 3 SAP Implementation projects or rollout
• Leading customer workshops for the Ariba implementation and optimization project
• Should be able to communicate experience from implementation projects with different customers
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with solution-oriented approaches and strong collaboration with HR colleagues and business stakeholders
• Should have strong knowledge in Employee central, Recruitment management and onboarding solution
• Ability to work in multiple modules/ projects at the same time
• Able to work independently and with others, self-directed, take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
• Experience defining, implementing and supporting business processes
• Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, user manuals, integration and support
• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/ blueprint development Soft Skills
