- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience building or leveraging machine learning solutions and developing applications utilizing AI frameworks and methods.
- Experience in delivering technical presentations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with contact center technologies and platforms and building conversational applications.
- Experience with building and using AI (e.g., Machine Learning templates, deep learning, custom Machine Learning).
- Experience in coding using Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with document and image AI and a passion for technology and innovation.
