Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

o OR equivalent experience.

• 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Qualifications:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements as these arerequiredfor this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will berequiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

o OR equivalent experience.

• 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 5+ years of experience with network security, design of physical and virtual networks.
• 5+ years of experience with network devices and network routing protocols.
• Experience with hyperscale networks.
• Understanding of security landscape and emerging threats.

1) Collaborate with engineering teams and cross functional partners to define program requirements, set priorities, create roadmap and long-term strategy.
2) Deliver on shared goals across the network infrastructure.
3) Proactively set expectations and communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
4) Influence design decisions to align with company priorities.
5) Partner with engineering teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and operation phases.
