Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

o OR equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience of shipping hardware and software products through at least 2 product cycles.

3+ years of experience of firmware driver/development and servicing.

2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, product development, or a related field AND 8+ years of experience in product/technical program management, data analysis, or engineering, OR equivalent experience.
  • Security-specific domain knowledge or hands-on experience in areas such as OS security (Windows and/or Linux) and device security including but not limited to technologies like secure boot, Trusted Platform Module (TPM 2.0) and device encryption.

Responsibilities
  • Lead collaboration with engineering teams to design and innovate solutions to tough problems.
  • Build relationships with multiple partner teams to deliver solutions that scale to millions of machines.
  • Drive cross-discipline, cross-team and cross-company program schedules and dependencies.
  • Define and drive success metrics, OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and plans for mitigating program risks.
  • Manage communication with partner teams, senior leaders, and executives.
  • Monitor and report to leadership using data from various sources.
  • Drive for high quality including working with internal and external partners to deliver what is necessary to meet customer satisfaction and business goals.
  • Lead the team to adapt and improve through strategic thinking and leadership.
  • Drive learnings into new product development.
  • Create an inclusive work environment where every team member can bring their full and authentic self, where all voices are heard, and the team can deliver their best work as a result.
