As the Director of OTC Portfolio & Innovation, you will shape the future of our global OTC product strategy. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will drive the innovation pipeline, identify growth opportunities, and guide the portfolio strategy. This position play a crucial role in driving the growth agenda for key brands such as Sudocrem, and key therapeutic areas such as Pain and Cough & Cold.

How you’ll spend your day
  • Innovation Leadership : Lead the development of OTC product strategy and pipeline, identifying new opportunities by leveraging market trends, consumer insights, and technological advancements to drive competitive advantage.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Manage and inspire cross-functional teams, including R&D, medical, regulatory, sales, manufacturing and supply chain to ensure execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Portfolio Strategy : Oversee the global OTC portfolio, ensuring the portfolio remains agile and strategically aligned with the OTC strategy. Drive portfolio adjustments including additions and discontinuations, to ensure ongoing optimization of resources and market focus.
  • Global Brand Strategy : Spearhead global strategic initiatives and manage the planning process with key markets across the world.
  • Consumer Health Training & Upskilling : Drive learning and development initiatives for the OTC community, being the key point of contact with leading consumer health training partners.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Experience : A least of 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical product development, with a strong track record in OTC products.
  • Proven Strategic and collaborative Leadership : A skilled strategic leader with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment to meet business objectives.
  • Expertise : Proficient global OTC product development and portfolio management, with familiarity with global regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Communication & Influence: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
  • Agility : Demonstrated success in thriving in a dynamic and flexible environment, with a proactive mindset.
  • Fluency: Fluency in English
