What You'll Own
  • Support the development, delivery and continuous improvement of our people strategy and programs to help our teams and business thrive.
  • Manage new and existing programs that increase connection and inclusion (such as ERG program management, social events, and training) and embed equitable, inclusive approaches that support the retention and advancement of our team members.
  • Lead elements of our culture transformation including design and delivery of cultural initiatives including change network enablement, cultural embedding, communications measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Employee Experience and wider People Team to drive initiatives that enhance the end-to-end employee experience including compensation, talent development and performance, wellness and more.
  • Proactively partner and collaborate with key stakeholders with the People Team and across the organization to communicate our program strategy, ensure programs align to the needs of our business and drive adoption.
  • Partner with Talent Management to develop and deliver a variety of strategic projects related to people strategy, including performance management, leadership development, and HR technology.
  • Synthesize people analytics and workforce data to gain insights, measure progress, identify issues and make data-driven decisions to course-correct as needed.
  • Develop compelling and impactful presentations for senior stakeholders including the C-Suite.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and innovations in HR to drive continuous improvement in people processes and operations.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, ideally with at least 4 years in a people strategy, consulting or employee-experience related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with a detailed knowledge of talent management and organizational development strategies.
  • Ability to balance strategic and tactical needs. You know how to “lead and do” while both envisioning the goals and executing in a hands-on, productive manner.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects, juggling competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • International, cross-cultural experience is strongly preferred. You know how to blend regional cultures with a global corporate culture.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to leverage data-driven insights to craft a compelling story.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and leadership at all levels of the organization to deliver programmatic activities that drive the best possible employee journey.
  • Experience with M&A is a plus.
  • Professional certification in HR (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)and proficiency in HR-related software and platforms (such as WorkDay, Peakon, Tableau) is a plus.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $120,000 and $160,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
