As a Vice President, Commercialization Program Manager within Chase Media Solutions, you will sit within our Growth and Partnerships team and you will develop trusted partnerships across all stakeholders and lines of business and will collaborate closely with a diverse set of merchant partners. You will be responsible for defining program strategy, sourcing merchants, executing merchant campaigns, developing, and managing the end-to-end strategy of Chase Media Solutions merchant programs.

Job responsibilities

  • Serve as a program management lead developing core program strategy, prioritization, sales, reporting and program roadmap
  • Become a subject-matter expert on the merchant segments across the Chase ecosystem, championing innovations that will enhance the value Chase provides to their clients leveraging our product vision, competitive landscape, strategy, product roadmap, services, capabilities, operations and reporting
  • Communicate operational needs and execute on mutually agreed upon deliverables and proactively identify opportunities to amplify our work across the organization to increase merchant opportunity and awareness
  • Implement stakeholder feedback strategy to identify key success factors and pain points within our product and program offering to help inform enhancements
  • Deliver insightful management reporting and communications for senior leaders, partners, and other key stakeholders
  • Build an active pipeline of opportunity while communicating regularly with stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain a robust risk and control environment

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience in an Account Management, Program Management or Sales role within the digital media or performance marketing industry
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and exceptional interpersonal communication skills to build internal and external client relationships
  • Experience presenting to executives and marketing leadership both internally and externally, with strong interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail
  • Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently with solid organizational, attention to detail and follow through skills
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of independence, has a bias towards action, and willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure projects are tracking towards success
  • Ability to perform and navigate ambiguity in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing, and growing environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in performance marketing and or digital ad platforms
  • Experience in consumer categories such as luxury, retail, travel, dining
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft suite of business products
  • Skilled in data analysis, project management and strong cross-functional leadership to implement strategy and results
