As a Client Solutions Manager within JPMorgan’s Corporate Investment Bank, you will be responsible for the project management of new and incremental client business to the Securities Services organization. You will cover a diverse client base and work with a range of Securities Services products. This role provides an opportunity to develop and manage project delivery plans, facilitate negotiations, and manage project risks. You will also have the chance to improve practices through post-implementation reviews and ensure all controls and procedures are complied with.

Solutions and Implementation activity encompasses all Securities Services products including - but not limited to - Custody, Fund Accounting, Fund Admin, Hedge Funds Servicing, Investment Analytics, Compliance, ETFs, IMOS, Private Equity and Real Estate Services, Securities Lending, Collateral Management, Prime Custody and Trading Services. The scale of activity will range from single product implementations to large, complex deals involving multiple products and multiple entities and includes a range of constituents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client requirements are understood and work with internal partners to design, document, and ensure appropriate sign off on solutions.
  • Develop and manage project delivery plans
  • Facilitate negotiating of client legal agreements
  • Execute plans with robust governance and reporting
  • Actively mitigate and manage project risk by coordinating timely resolution of issues
  • Manage scope containment and change management
  • Manage and motivate virtual working teams across multiple locations and disciplines
  • Execute post implementation and production satisfaction reviews to continually improve practices
  • Effectively prioritize, track and report on all projects in the pipeline.
  • Ensure all controls and procedures are complied with
  • Own all project communication to internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Working knowledge of multiple Securities Services products such as Custody, Fund Accounting, Fund Admin, Hedge Funds Servicing, Investment Analytics, Compliance, ETFs, IMOS, Private Equity and Real Estate Services, Securities Lending, Collateral Management, Prime Custody and Trading Services
  • Show ability to present clear, articulate and concise verbal and written communication
  • Have client-facing skills
  • Have proven ability to influence and work collaboratively with multiple internal disciplines (sales, operations, technology, product management)
  • Has strong presentation skills
  • Has highly structured and methodical in execution
  • Has a keen eye for identifying and resolving risks
  • Ability to systematically remove ambiguity from projects
  • 3+ Years in Financial Services particularly Securities Servicing Industry.
  • 2+ years in a client facing implementation role or commensurate experience
