What you'll do
- Preparation and support of customer meetings (creation of visitor requests, optimization of PowerPoint presentations, ordering give aways)
- Creation of internal newsletters
- Planning and organizing sector specific events (digital and physical)
- Support for GTM annual planning and account assignments
- Support of NPS process and the associated CRM data maintenance
- Preparation and follow-up of account reviews for annual customer planning
- Support for administrative tasks in the day-to-day business of the sales back office team
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communication, Marketing, Business Management
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Language skills: German and English
- Soft skills: Flexible, friendly, resilient, motivated, ready to work on new topics, independent work
