You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidatesMinimum Qualifications:- The candidate must have 2+ years of relevant work experience -OR- a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Information technology, or related field, and 1+ years of experience. 1+ years in identity governance and administration, including experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar.Preferred Qualifications:- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements related to identity access management (i.e., SOX, GDPR) Experience with reporting capabilities.- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, principles, and best practices- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Experience with reporting capabilities. - Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA)We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
