Lean and Six Sigma deployment at Manufacturing/ Operation site.
Good experience in Operational excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
Great stakeholder management skill. connect with direct employees and leadership team.
Looking for Highly passionate and demanding person to drive the lean practices/ deployment.
Having certification in Black belt / Lean manufacturing.

1. Experience: - 12- 15 years
2. Skills: - Lean and Six Sigma deployment at manufacturing site, Operation Excellence and Stakeholder management experience.
3. Education- BE/ME in any engineering prefer in Electrical/ Electronics
4. Anything else: - Black belt / Lean Certification should have.
