Conducts and reviews highly complex operational analysis.
Acts as a point of escalation and collaborates with other functions to drive resolution of operational issues of high complexity, in support of the customer/partner requirements.
Represents the customer/partner needs and provides business requirements to projects of high complexity.
Consults and advices on operational matters of medium complexity to internal clients at peer levels and above.
Participate in customer sales strategy meetings, client visitsAble to take initiative in resolving problems independently and handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously.
Be detail oriented and work in a team environment
Prove knowledge level of HPS’s business, technical, and product vocabulary
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good follow through
Able to make sound decisions based on essential facts
Able to demonstrate and create enthusiasm, have a desire to excel, and show a sense of ownership
Able to project credibility and poise in highly visible and adversarial situations
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related discipline plus 4 to 7 years directly related experience, 3 years of which must have been in responsible leadership position
Experience in reviewing and redesigning of processes
Knowledge of HR related practices, such as performance evaluation, recruitment, etc.
Understands how different functions within his/her own organization interrelate to each other
Understands the importance of health and safety in the workplace
ERP/SFDC knowledge
