Join a team that develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of semiconductors. You will influence the planning and designing of manufacturing engineering processes pertaining to semiconductors, and determine parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification. You will maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. • Developing software and hardware to test ICs and Sensors for validation and production testing.

• Debugging and technical problem solving to create production test programs.

• Understand the design details of the component and implement tests to ensure the product meets specifications.

• Develop test plans to define product characteristics and issues to determine corrective actions and improvements.

• Develop documentation including operating procedures, work instructions and training.

• Hands on, floor support of IC manufacturing. Problem resolution and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

• Must be US Citizen and able to obtain a Security Clearance.

• Minimum 2 years industry experience in development and product test position.

• Minimum 2 years industry experience Electronics, circuits and software development. • Electrical, Software, Computer Engineering Preferred

• Experience with Teradyne automated test equipment, wafer probers and temperature forcers.

• Strong understanding of mixed-signal and analog electronics

• Software development experience: Visual Basic, C, LabView, Python

• Understanding of semiconductor test concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Strong mechanical skills, fixture development experience and knowledge

• Lean/Six Sigma Experience

• Ability to follow directions and make tasks your own

• Quickly and accurately identifies even subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues.

• Conveys information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams.

• Good hands-on problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience in continuous improvement projects related to Cost Savings, Quality, Productivity, Escape prevention and Inventory Reduction
