You will report directly to our Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering Manager,and you'll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an onsite work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and optimize wet chemical semiconductor manufacturing processes,including plating and cleaning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation andcontinuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and react to variousmachine and process SPC charts
- Troubleshoot wet process andmachine variability/process drift
- Troubleshoot and offer technical solutions to complex manufacturingissues
- Generate detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentationsfor internal and external stakeholders
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technicaldiscipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced semiconductor manufacturing
- Proficiency in semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- USG Secret security clearance in good standing,or US Citizenship and no known barriers to achieve a USG Secret securityclearance [non-citizens are ineligible for clearance]
