Relevant years working experience in performance media sales for the Singapore and Malaysia market.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Mandarin necessary to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
Deep knowledge of the Singapore and Malaysia media landscape and mobile advertising landscape, in particular gaming, productivities & utilities, ecommerce, finance, entertainment and/or education (both local and cross-border advertising).
Extensive background understanding Performance Advertisers’ needs, expectations, their go-to market strategies and how they measure success (preferably in the search and display marketing ecosystem) through client interactions with both mid to senior management.
Strategic selling aptitude working with performance and display advertisers as well as advertising agencies and is confident interacting with mobile measurement partners (MMPs)
Strong in collaboration, analytical, prioritization, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with data and relaying it in a thoughtful and cohesive manner through effective visualization to help customers grow their business.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills which includes effective presentations skills both in person and over video conferencing.
