ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with conference and trade show preparation, including, but not limited to, ordering, shipping, and returning marketing materials, banners, tablecloths, giveaways, and other related tasks.
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense report submission for FESP Director of Client Service and other Senior Leaders.
Coordinate and submit sponsorship request and Accounts Payable forms.
Participate in projects and other initiatives as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS

* 2 or more years of general office and administration support experience; experience can be offset by Bachelor's degree or industry certifications.
* Positive "can do" attitude and ability to work well within a Team environment in serving FESP clients.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
* PowerPoint and presentation proficiency
* Effective time and personal management
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
