Supporting retail store operations through different specific tasks detailed below. - Active participation in editing retail operations materials on ThinkTime Portal,coordinating and controlling the communication withtherespective stores.
- Close cooperation with District Manager and Store Managers (marketing, reporting,storevisits, emails).

- Coordination of VAT Invoice flow
- Creating orders in internal systems(SRM;Ariba).
- Occasional involevement in coordinatingtheproduction and installment of in-storecommunication materials

- Involvementinsupporting daily store operations, store openings and relatedproceses
|
- Participating inStoreManager meetings and trainings
- Coordination of store operations compliancetocompany’spolicyandprocedures,communication with supporting functions

- Translationofmarketing materialstoEnglish and Lithuanian, coordinating thetranslationstoLatvian and Estonian
|
- Preparing consolidated weekly business reportscomingfrom stores
- Creatingallretail related reports (Sell Out; article analysis etc)
