Purpose & Overall RelevanceforOrganization:

Supporting retail store operations through different specific tasks detailed below.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in editing retail operations materials on ThinkTime Portal,coordinating and controlling the communication withtherespective stores.
  • Close cooperation with District Manager and Store Managers (marketing, reporting,storevisits, emails).
  • Coordination of VAT Invoice flow
  • Creating orders in internal systems(SRM;Ariba).
  • Occasional involevement in coordinatingtheproduction and installment of in-storecommunication materials
  • Involvementinsupporting daily store operations, store openings and relatedproceses
  • Participating inStoreManager meetings and trainings
  • Coordination of store operations compliancetocompany’spolicyandprocedures,communication with supporting functions
  • Translationofmarketing materialstoEnglish and Lithuanian, coordinating thetranslationstoLatvian and Estonian
  • Preparing consolidated weekly business reportscomingfrom stores
  • Creatingallretail related reports (Sell Out; article analysis etc)
