DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a leader who can own our analytics roadmap, develop and grow the careers of Business Analysts in our team and serve as a key partner for our Operations, Product, Engineering and Science teams. About the team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
- 5+ yrs of experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role
- 2+ leading a team of Business Analysts
- Highly skilled at querying relational databases, ability to pull from various sources and having done so in a business environment
- Experience in data visualization platforms
- Proven problem-solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
- Communication (verbal, written, and data presentation) and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
