About the Role
Identify and Manage Upsell Opportunities:
- Partner with the Account Executive(s) and/or Uber Eats commercial teams to analyse merchant, platform, and category insights to identify growth opportunities within their book of business
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on products, advanced questions, and technical specifications, tailoring value propositions accordingly
Campaign Management:
- Coordinate with internal team + merchant partners to ensure proper campaign execution and operational efficiency (eg. collecting creative assets, implementing measurement solutions, etc).
- Monitor campaign performance and budget utilization, and provide optimization recommendations to merchant partners
- Support in reporting campaign outcomes to increase retention / growth
- - - - What you’ll need ----
- Ideally you've had 3-5 years of Account Management experience in a Digital / Performance Advertising, Marketing or Analytical role
- Experience managing and analyzing digital advertising campaigns for large, complex brands
- Experience in a client facing position, building relationships with internal & external partners
- Ability to analyze data, review results, draw insights and propose recommendations for future campaigns
- Speed resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, problem solving and navigating ambiguity
- You'll have some Digital Ad Sales skills experience including an awareness of and experience using Solution Selling
- You have a strong track record of high customer satisfaction, but you can also demonstrate a willingness to challenge to drive business results
