Lead, mentor, and develop a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets for residential energy products.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow B2B sales with installer partners. Identify and prioritize key installer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
Oversee the customer success to ensure high level of customer satisfaction, retention, forecasting accuracy and identify growth opportunities with existing customers.
Set clear performance metrics and regularly monitor and report on team performance. Conduct regular one-on one meetings and performance reviews with team members.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes impacting the residential energy sector. Provide insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Work closely with the account management teams and other departments, including business development, marketing, channel development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Continuously evaluate and improve sales and customer success processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights on sales performance and recommendations for improvement.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry. Experience with B2B sales and customer success is highly desirable.
Experience leading/managing sales teams.
At ton of energy and enthusiasm to grow our certified installer channel sales.
Ability to communicate with a significant number of people and companies each day; either by outbound or inbound telephone calls and/or by responding to emails or generating proactive email communications.
Besides a rock-solid work ethic and strong team-oriented personality, you’ll need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, ability to problem solve with lots of creativity and passion.
Be based in Berlin (Germany) or willing to move there.
