Coordinate talent briefs, travel and accommodations, and back of house experience (eg, hair, makeup, styling and support of hospitality riders)
Keep production partners on on task for outdoor heritage and values celebrations across various Apple campuses (ie, tracking key milestones and deliverables and budget)
Serve as contact for talent, executives and audience facing food and beverage needs.
Project management including coordination of planning meetings, development of keynote presentations with tactical details that reflect overall strategy,
Some travel may be required both regionally and internationally
In-office work required during peak event periods; long hours as needed for production rehearsals and event execution
Minimum 5+years validated experience working in fast paced in live events, theatrical production and/ or experiential events environments.
Previous experience with production assistance a plus.
Extreme ability to organize and track multiple parts of a project simultaneously
This role requires positive relationships with production vendors and cross-functional partners.
Ability to demonstrate confidence, professionalism and discretion when coming into close contact with executives and VIPs
Experience negotiating and building strong relationships with external partners.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.
Works well within a team and understands team dynamics. Capable of working individually or as part of a multifunctional team including peers and/or senior managers.
Self-starter that can work on their own initiative with the ability to influence others.
