Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in digital advertising and programmatic campaign management.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the digital advertising industry, including the use of digital advertising products, ad networks, demand-side platforms, first- and third-party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, and ad operations.
- Experience in campaign management with DV360 or other DSPs.
- Knowledge of and passion for Google’s digital advertising suite, including Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform solutions for display and video.
- Ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex business environment.
- Ability to independently create additional business development opportunities.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.
