Job Description
The Intel Patent Litigation Group has an immediate opening for a senior litigation counsel. In this position, you will be reporting to the Director of Patent Litigation and will manage certain Intel patent litigation matters.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Independently managing all discovery efforts for your cases.Assisting with efficiency and other improvements within the department.
You should possess a juris doctorate degree from an accredited institution, a license to practice law in at least one state in the United States, and at least eight years of experience as a full-time litigator in patent litigation. Trial experience in U.S. District Court, Federal Circuit, ITC, and/or Inter Partes Review practice is preferred.
Additional qualifications include:Stellar oral and written advocacy skills.Demonstrated personal courtroom success, including participation in jury selection and trial strategy.Ability to function and manage independently, but also work well in an environment that requires working with others to be successful.Experience in managing very large and complex cases.Experience in foreign patent litigation.Experienced HireShift 1 (United States of America)US, California, Santa ClaraUS, Washington, D.C., US, Washington, Multiple Cities
