- This position is mainly responsible for new automation line project and automation production line process development.
- Prepare new project relative documents, PFC, PFMEA, CQI, PEWI, PMWI, machine manual, etc. system documents.
- Follow up production line PPM and efficiency improvement.
- Lead process team to work more efficiency
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Work with Project team and Production team in new product development and lead process team to worm more efficiency
- Liaise and coordinate with specialists and BU
- Responsible for technical reviewing, Cycle Time optimizing and Quality improvement
- Analyse and formulate the auto-line scheme for new project with external and inner supplier
- Responsible for making the new project production file(include the process manual, SWS, PEWI, PFMEA) and the production process continuous improvement
- Develop optimized process and machine parameters and settings to achieve required product functional and quality levels
- Develop and implement new production assembly procedures & process/product control parameters through quality function deployment(QFD)and processcontrol(SPPC/KPC)analysis
- Support customer audit and visits during product and process development phases
Requirements
- Degree inMechanical/ManufacturingEngineering or related disciplines
- At least 6 years working experience in manufacturing or similar field
- Lead the cross functional team to convert project to mass production
- Sound project management skill to monitor project progress
- Having assembly fixture and machine movement mechanism design knowledge
- Familiar with quality control /analysis tools such as DOE, SPC, and QFD etc.
- Proficient in MS office and familiar with solidworks & SPC software such as Minitap and good command of English andChinese
- Free accommodation and shuttle bus provided by company
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
