1.负责按项目计划书、技术规范和客户要求设计开发产品，制定前期工艺规范。
2.负责电机设计和测试。
3.负责电机产品的测试方案和性能评估。
4.负责跟进新产品量产前期的进度，处理生产过程中电机零件及与电机相关的技术问题。
5.负责电机工艺技术改进、改良工作，降低制造成本。
6.负责公司电机产品有关标准的修订、完善。
7.负责团队绩效的达成，团队成员技术能力的提升。

任职要求：
1.电机、机械等相关专业本科以上学历，十年以上工作经验。
2.熟悉电机工作原理，精通电机结构或电磁设计。
3.熟悉ISO/IATF16949等体系，熟悉DFMEA。
4.英文可以作为工作语言，能独立和境内外客户有效沟通。
