Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the provision of Asset Management Services and Ensure safety of staff and public using the facility.
• Provide accurate and timely information to the Contract Manager to enable accurate forecasting and financial control
• Ensure compliance with all Honeywell and statutory requirements and maintain excellent customer relationships in line with internal NPS performance levels
• Manage subcontractors to ensure that their services are performed in line with their contracted scope.
• Draft contractual reports and provide to the Contract Manager for submission to Project Co and Customer.
• Site safety including site safety manual, reporting near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement, carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures

Essential

• Computer Competencies including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to successfully obtain clearance to work in a prison environment.
• Essential Services.
• Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information.
• Team Leadership experience.
• Police clearance

Advantageous to have

• Contract Management experience.
• Facility Management experience in commercial sector.
• Preferred PPP (AUS), PFI (UK), P3 (USA/Canada) experience and / or post trade / degree qualification in relevant area
• Facility Management qualifications.
